Marcelino Sánchez brings a decade of Fortune 500 experience in
large scale change. His work includes projects at Textron, Bell Helicopter, Cessna Aircraft, Kautex, Greenlee, E-Z-GO, and Lafarge.
His global experience includes work in Europe, North America, and Latin America. Most recently he managed the change management practice for Textron Inc. His work includes M&A Integration, Restructuring, IT implementations, Union-Management partnerships, Employee Involvement, Textron’s Transformation, Six Sigma and Lean Deployment, and Employee Engagement, among others.

Marcelino is fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and holds a master degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University. He has completed a number of executive and professional development programs. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Achieve Global Trainer, MBTI Facilitator and is an active member of the International Association of Facilitators where he has been a conference presenter.
