Gail Lesnieski, Partner & Senior Consultant
Organizational Development (OD) consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership and
career coaching, performance management, project management, large-scale change and communication planning and
implementation. Current work is focused on assisting individuals and groups with career transitions, planning, and resume
building. Having held OD leadership and consulting positions at Textron, Sapereon, DTE Energy, Digital Think, and EDS, Gail
holds a business degree from Davenport University.
Arturo Leon, Partner & Senior Consultant
An organizational design expert with over 15 years of experience in both the US and Latin America helping
corporations expand their business operations, develop sales areas, grow international markets, launch new
products, diversify distribution channels, and develop management and leadership talent. Arturo has performed
work with large organizations like Cerner, Mercy Health System, Black and Veatch, AIG Mexico, and the Mexican
Senate among others. Arturo holds a Master of Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
Starr Eckholdt, Founder & President, The OSD Consulting Group. - High Performance by Design
A pioneer in the field of High-Performance Work Systems Design for over 25 years, his work in aligning
high-performance work systems with business strategy, leadership, and strategic HR has enabled a practical and
comprehensive approach for large scale organizational design and change management. His recent work includes:
leading the startup of an innovative team-based design for a new $1B metals production facility in Iceland; leading
the redesign and implementation of the largest division of a top US Defense contractor; and leading of a newly
designed global Human Resources Education program for 300 members of a top European pharmaceutical
company; Prior to founding The OSD Consulting Group, Starr held leadership positions at The RBL Group,
Corporate Systems Design, Franklin Quest, and Exxon Enterprises. He holds a Master of Organizational Behavior
(MOB) from Brigham Young University, and a faculty member with Duke Corporate Education.
Amy Armitage, Principal and Managing Director, Delta NPD - Enhancing New Product Development
A specialist in organizational development and behavior change, Amy Armitage has more than twenty years of
experience helping clients execute their business strategy and drive improvements in revenue, new product development, cost,
quality and productivity. Her clients cite her ability to enable strategic business thinking, enhance team and individual
effectiveness, and achieve business goals as her greatest strengths. She has held leadership roles in several global consultancies,
including CLG, Towers Perrin, and Aubrey Daniels International and consulted to numerous Fortune 1000 clients . She holds an
MBA from Yale University and an undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
Tom Emrich, President, ValMark Group, Inc. - Value-Based Marketing for Profit Growth
Tom is a proven marketing leader who possesses a unique combination of analytical, strategic planning, creative and
performance management capabilities. He has over 20 years experience identifying and seizing value growth opportunities across
both B2B and consumer marketing. Prior to founding ValMark Group, Tom held various marketing leadership positions at
Textron Inc., AT&T, and Mead Johnson Nutritionals. He holds a business degree from Central Connecticut State University and is

Marcelino Sanchez, Founder & Managing Director, SmartChange™ - Enabling People to Transform Organizations
OD, Change, and Learning & Development executive with over 15 years of experience in large and medium size corporations
leading change management efforts, coaching managers and executives, facilitating executive and task force teams, managing
learning and development programs, driving continuous improvement, and coaching individuals on interpersonal effectiveness
and leadership. Relevant work includes creation of change management toolkit for M&A integration and for corporate
restructuring, managing corporate transformation, facilitating union- management partnerships, managing employee
engagement program, and supporting Six Sigma and Lean program deployments. He is a certified Black Belt, professional trainer
and group facilitator, and certified MBTI® Facilitator. Marcelino holds a Master of Organizational Behavior and graduate studies
in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University, and Executive Leadership Program from Thunderbird.
Stan Gwizdak, President, S&G Business Ventures, Inc. - "Business Improvement Partner"
Business improvement executive with extensive experience in Lean, Six Sigma, workflow redesign, operational
improvements, outsourcing, rapid cost take out, M&A, cash flow improvement, supply chain optimization, and
